Music and entertainment during daytime hours

Outdoor activities in the backyard

Loud noise after 10:00 PM

Amplified outdoor music after 9:00 PM

Cleanliness & Care

Normal use of all furnished items

Use of all kitchen appliances

Leaving dishes or trash unattended for extended periods

Damage to furniture, walls, or appliances

Moving furniture without permission

Access & Security

Guests have full access to all listed areas

Exterior security cameras are in use

Tampering with security cameras

Sharing access codes with non-registered guests

General Conduct

Respectful use of the property and neighborhood

Reporting any damage or maintenance issues promptly

Illegal activities of any kind

Commercial filming or photography without written permission
